「 業(yè)主說(shuō) 」
本案屋主為年輕的小夫妻，他們將把這間住所作為新婚婚房。忙于工作、頻繁出差的他們，渴望在歸家途中、抬起頭時(shí)，能看到那盞橘色的溫暖燈光。所以他們希望這第一套新家，能夠記錄小生活、營(yíng)造歸屬感。愛(ài)好閱讀的他們希望有一間獨(dú)立的書房，為生活提供一個(gè)靜謐的角落。注重儲(chǔ)物和收納的他們，追求著生活的細(xì)膩“質(zhì)感”和溫馨“歸屬感”。
位于格調(diào)松間的113㎡三室戶型，作為他們期待而向往的家，委托華藍(lán)設(shè)計(jì)馬磊設(shè)計(jì)師進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。在業(yè)主原有的思路想法之上，進(jìn)行空間感的打造與創(chuàng)意性的規(guī)劃，更好地滿足業(yè)主對(duì)儲(chǔ)物功能和生活質(zhì)感的追求。馬磊設(shè)計(jì)師將打造光感生活，平衡空間與儲(chǔ)物、質(zhì)感與溫馨的需求點(diǎn)，帶來(lái)溫馨、寧?kù)o的感受，在喧鬧的城市中打造一處家的柔情與浪漫。
設(shè)計(jì)理念：
這間房子的業(yè)主是年輕新婚夫妻，由于工作性質(zhì)出差情況較多，兩人都非常向往溫馨寧?kù)o的生活環(huán)境。了解客戶的基本需求和戶型情況后，我深刻感受到奔波在外、歸家后的感受——期待卸下防備，能慵懶地躺在沙發(fā)上享受時(shí)光。有句話說(shuō)，生活要有詩(shī)和遠(yuǎn)方，如果遠(yuǎn)方對(duì)應(yīng)著歸屬感，那么詩(shī)就是生活本身。
“家的歸屬感”是本次的設(shè)計(jì)核心，首先是解決并優(yōu)化“家”的功能分布。設(shè)計(jì)重點(diǎn)落在餐廳與臥室，平衡浪漫生活與柴米油鹽的；其次便是打造光感生活，讓整個(gè)家的布局眼前一“亮”。
· 原始戶型入戶玄關(guān)小而短、采光差且缺少儲(chǔ)物空間。所以將原入戶墻體拆除，新建的墻體與內(nèi)墻平齊后，將玄關(guān)鞋柜設(shè)計(jì)在書房入戶門兩側(cè)，增加儲(chǔ)物的同時(shí)讓功能多元化；換鞋掛衣區(qū)域和儲(chǔ)物區(qū)域 同時(shí)在儲(chǔ)物柜一側(cè)設(shè)計(jì)玄關(guān)鏡方便日常整體妝容。
· 餐廳在原方案中只有3.6平米，使用不便捷、面積狹小。所以將餐廳墻體延伸，調(diào)整了客廳電視墻的長(zhǎng)短，同時(shí)改造了衛(wèi)生間的格局。將餐廳由原來(lái)的3.6平米變成了5平米，基本使用功能得到滿足。并且巧妙占用走廊的空間，即使將來(lái)親朋好友聚餐，通過(guò)挪動(dòng)餐桌也能滿足需要。
· 原來(lái)主臥的衣帽間面積小、儲(chǔ)物空間不足，且衛(wèi)生間門對(duì)臥室。在征得了業(yè)主同意后，將衛(wèi)生間做成公共衛(wèi)生間，增加了衣帽間的功能，拆除主臥陽(yáng)臺(tái)的埡口，讓臥室空間更加寬敞。
· 原方案中，次臥只有6.4平米。便進(jìn)行衛(wèi)生間面積減小、墻體厚度消減。次臥滿足了收納和休息的功能，空間感十足。
· 通過(guò)跟業(yè)主深入溝通，了解到他們喜歡藍(lán)色、原木色和白色，更傾向于溫潤(rùn)的質(zhì)感，對(duì)于高光、亮光并不喜歡。因?yàn)槎讼矚g樂(lè)高、并同在牛津大學(xué)留學(xué)過(guò)，所以會(huì)采用他們喜歡的顏色、材質(zhì)處理整體色彩和質(zhì)感，并在空間中融入他們的記憶點(diǎn)。

入戶玄關(guān)鞋柜設(shè)計(jì)在書房入門的兩側(cè)，更是增加了換鞋凳、儲(chǔ)物柜的設(shè)計(jì)。既增加了儲(chǔ)物空間，又強(qiáng)化了玄關(guān)功能的多元化。換衣、換鞋區(qū)域在同側(cè)，玄關(guān)鏡與儲(chǔ)物柜在同側(cè)，出入動(dòng)線流暢。
